a good idea to head back to civilazation (after all they dont have
Walmarts in Lone Pine & shopping is a necessary evil for this race).
So back to the southern beaches of LA i headed, trying to not ruin my
conditioning i drove with my heating on (around 110 degrees by my
watch) all the way to an incredible long weekend traffic jam, thankful
i now had more local knowledge of the roads than when i first arrived
but still frustrating.
