visit to Pahrrump to get paint for the vans aiming to be back for that
afternoons race briefing. Lots of great freebies in the race bag & a
long briefing (first sign of hype really i'm too nervy prerace to
enjoy that stuff). Finally got to meet the others in the field of 80
including Aussie Jan Herrman finally a familiar face. Whilst waiting
in the long queue saw a roadrunner killing a chipmunk(sounds gruesome
but nature is not always nice)
